Madame Simone

It all began with Madame Simone.

Somewhere in the early 2000s, I watched a movie. A Lifetime movie titled Sex and Mrs X. This was before I met my husband, before I moved to America. I was in Ghana with a thriving business and career.
I still remember how I felt when I met Madame Simone.
I’m going to do my very best to summarize the movie in ONE sentence!
Johanna, a cynical New York journalist is sent on an assignment to Paris to write a story on a French “Madame”....or something like....her husband has just cheated on her and so she just needs to get away....she meets Madame Simone who teaches young ladies to become their most exquisite selves....and matches them with millionaires and aristocrats who they end up marrying. During Johanna/Mrs X’s time in Paris, she too is transformed.
That was a loooong sentence.
I was mesmerized. I could see my future in Madame Simone. I was also transforming women, but only through fashion, glamour and style.
I wanted more.
I wanted to be Madame Simone!
I still do!
Before Mrs X’s transformation, Madame Simone told her she could teach her how to have any man in the room! THAT was my moment!!!! I’ve watched the movie....possibly 1000+ times (my best friend and I watched it together at least once a week!) and I still feel the same way!
And so I embarked on a journey.
To study everything about seduction, charm, allure.....
These are qualities that came naturally to me, but I needed to learn how to teach and impart what I already embodied to others.
In the movie, Madame Simone is described as hiring tutors to teach about wine, art, history, culture...in her interactions with Mrs X, she teaches style, lingerie, seduction, kissing, foreplay (which has nothing to do with sex) and so much more!
It has been my quest to study all of the above ever since.
And I HAVE.
Jacqueline Bisset, playing the part of Madame Simone, took me on to the next important part of my journey in another movie....do you know which movie it is? I have a feeling you do!

This is where you get to giggle.
When I began my online journey NINE years ago (right after I became a mother and HAD NO BUSINESS doing all the work I was doing!!! Story for another day) I hired coach after coach, joined program after program. Business coaches, Femininity, Coaching Certifications, Sex and Relationship Coaching.....there’s more...I can’t even remember.
I bought and mailed the DVD (at the time it wasn’t digital, it is now) to over 20 people! I have the Amazon records to show (maybe it’ll be in a book one day!)
I was so DESPERATE for these women to see and understand my vision, which they tried to....some did. I also shared the movie with most of my mastermind partners. Oh Madame Simone has traveled the world because of me.
It’s a full circle moment now, because, like Dorothy, I realize I had everything I needed all along. But I still had to embark on the journey.
And oh what a journey it has been.
I owe the woman I have become today to Madame Simone. I can’t wait to share all that I have learned with you.
